THE SAILING COURSE<\/h3>\n

BASIC LEVEL<\/strong>
\nThe course:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0teaches you the fundamentals of running these fun boats in the roles of helmsman and bowman.\u00a0Topics covered:<\/strong>\u00a0nomenclature, rigging of the boat, knots, gaits, tacking, gybing, departure and arrival at the beach, cape, line lines, how to capsize without fear<\/p>\n

PERFECTION LEVEL<\/strong>
\nThe course:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0allows you to improve the execution of basic maneuvers, regatta tactics. The aim of the course is to perfect and deepen aspects of sailing while having fun\u00a0Topics covered:<\/strong>\u00a0trim of the boat, rigging \u2013 hoisted \u2013 gybing \u2013 real and apparent wind, planing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

WINDSURF COURSE<\/h3>\n

BASIC LEVEL<\/strong>\u00a0The course: teaches you the fundamentals of sailing a sailboard. At the end of this course you will be able to sail independently in light to medium wind conditions. Topics covered: nomenclature, rigging and rigging of the sailboard, knots, basic gaits, tacking, elementary gybe, departure and arrival at the beach.<\/p>\n

PERFECTION LEVEL<\/strong>\u00a0The course: it is the natural continuation of the previous course. The aim of the course is to perfect and deepen the aspects of the sailboard. Topics covered: trim and handling of the sailboard in the 4 gaits crosswise, upwind, downwind and downwind, -tacking in three steps \u2013 technical gybe.<\/p>\n

SUP COURSE<\/h3>\n

SUP, acronym for Stand Up Paddle, is a sport of ancient traditions in which you navigate standing up on a board using a paddle as a propulsion engine. In the 60s in Waikiki the boys began to stand on their long boards and paddle to photograph the tourists taking surf lessons. Today it is a real sport that ranges from speed competitions, Sup surfing on the waves and the practice of freestyle. You will learn the basics of equipment and safety during this group course. you will learn to correctly position the center of gravity on the board and to use the paddle (oar). After an initial theoretical part on the shore, we will start with navigation exercises on our knees and balance exercises in the water to get used to keeping the center of gravity on the board. The lessons then continue by perfecting the rowing and maneuvering technique. By acquiring safety on the board, the improvement of paddling begins to increase its effectiveness and decrease the expenditure of energy, proportionally increasing the fun and physical resistance. Going forward with the course, the control over the maneuverability of the board will also increase, allowing ever smaller curve radii.<\/p>\n

The courses will take place from Monday to Friday and on Saturday final regatta and award ceremony for all participants with issue of federal certificate<\/p>\n

THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE COURSE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED ALSO IN THE ITALIAN SAILING FEDERATION FROM WHICH THEY WILL RECEIVE THE CARD FOR THE CURRENT YEAR.<\/h3>\n

What to do after the first sailing course?<\/strong>
\nSince it is not said that once the sailing course is finished, one must necessarily buy one's own boat, the CVT offers its students various possibilities to be able to go out on a boat and continue training in the competitive school.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
